5款香料有助改善记忆力/认知能力
1. 姜黄
营养:姜黄素
功效:
- 能支援肝脏解毒,具止痛效果。

医管局指出,认知障碍症(脑退化症)病情发展分为3大阶段,患者并非直接变得无法认辨他人,不同阶段的病征也不同:
- 早期脑退化症:患者会变得健忘,尤其是忘记刚发生的事情、做复杂家务时有困难、情绪可能有改变,包括感到抑郁和焦虑。
- 中期脑退化症:患者变得更加健忘,尤其是近期的事件和人名,沟通(说话和理解) 愈来愈困难,在没有相当支援下无法独自安全生活,漫无目的地徘徊、反复提问等。
- 脑退化症进入晚期:患者会无法认辨亲友、大小便失禁、行为可能变得更加异常,包括袭击他人和焦燥举动。
