5款香料有助改善記憶力/認知能力
1. 薑黃
營養:薑黃素
功效:
- 能支援肝臟解毒,具止痛效果。
- 有助減少發炎與氧化損傷,保護腦部遠離引發認知能力衰退的焦慮因子影響。

醫管局指出,認知障礙症(腦退化症)病情發展分為3大階段,患者並非直接變得無法認辨他人,不同階段的病徵也不同:
- 早期腦退化症:患者會變得健忘,尤其是忘記剛發生的事情、做複雜家務時有困難、情緒可能有改變,包括感到抑鬱和焦慮。
- 中期腦退化症:患者變得更加健忘,尤其是近期的事件和人名,溝通(說話和理解) 愈來愈困難,在沒有相當支援下無法獨自安全生活,漫無目的地徘徊、反覆提問等。
- 腦退化症進入晚期:患者會無法認辨親友、大小便失禁、行為可能變得更加異常,包括襲擊他人和焦燥舉動。
